MuleHide Standard EPDM is a non-reinforced synthetic rubber membrane available in 45-mil, 60-mil, 60-mil SAT (self-adhering), and 90-mil thicknesses. Sheet widths range from 7 feet to 50 feet, allowing large roof areas to be covered with minimal seaming. Installation methods include ballasted and fully adhered systems using MuleHide’s Acrylic Water Base Bonding Adhesive.
MuleHide Reinforced EPDM features internal polyester scrim reinforcement for enhanced tear and puncture resistance. Available in 45-mil, 60-mil, and 75-mil thicknesses in 8-foot and 10-foot widths. Each sheet is pre-printed with lap lines and fastener spacing markings for faster, more accurate installation. Reinforced EPDM can be mechanically attached or fully adhered.
MuleHide White-on-Black EPDM is a bi-laminate membrane with a reflective white surface bonded to a traditional black EPDM base. The white surface reflects sunlight and reduces cooling costs, making it an energy-efficient option for commercial buildings seeking to lower their utility expenses and meet sustainability goals.
MuleHide Self-Adhering EPDM features a factory-applied adhesive backing for peel-and-stick installation. This eliminates the need for field-applied adhesives, reducing VOC emissions, simplifying installation, and creating a cleaner job site. Self-adhering EPDM is ideal for projects where adhesive fumes or flammability are a concern.
MuleHide 100% Silicone Roof Coating is a single-part coating manufactured from durable inorganic silicone resins, reinforcing and reflective pigments, and silane adhesion promoters. It creates a breathable, watertight, weatherproof barrier that meets or exceeds ASTM D6694 standards.
The coating can be applied over EPDM, TPO, aged PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt built-up roofs, granulated modified bitumen, metal roofs, and new spray polyurethane foam. Applied at a minimum rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet, MuleHide silicone coating is backed by a 50-year Silicone Limited Material Warranty. NDL System Warranties are also available for qualifying commercial projects through MuleHide’s pre-approval process.

Residential EPDM installations are eligible for a 20-year membrane warranty. The 100% Silicone Roof Coating carries a 50-year limited material warranty. NDL (No Dollar Limit) system warranties are available for commercial projects that meet MuleHide’s pre-approval requirements.
