This East Providence roof was only five years old — and failing. Scope of Work

The diagnosis found three root causes: a mesh-style ridge vent that barely breathed, a vent slot cut on only one side of the ridge, and no intake ventilation at all — exhaust with no intake moves no air. The crew stripped the roof, cut a proper full-length slot on both sides of the ridge, installed a frame-based ridge vent, established intake at the eaves, and rebuilt the system over the old plank decking: ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starters, Landmark field shingles, and the new vented ridge.
