Scope of Work

The crew tore off the old roof, serviced the brick chimney and rebuilt its flashing — step flashing up the sides, counterflashing let into the mortar joints — then installed the system: ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge and starters, Landmark field shingles in Cobblestone Gray, and ridge caps. The VELUX solar venting skylight was flashed into the new roof with the No Leak installation system.
