Scope of Work
Our crew tore the existing roof off down to the deck across the building’s sloped sections, including the entrance portico, then inspected the sheathing and replaced any that had deteriorated. From there we rebuilt the roof as a full system: ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the field, drip edge and starter strips at the perimeter, flashing at every wall and penetration, and matching ridge cap along the top. What We Installed (And Why)
The building’s sloped roof was finished with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Georgetown Gray, a balanced medium-gray blend that gives a commercial property a clean, professional, and understated appearance.
