This was not a typical roof replacement. This Lincoln home is over a hundred years old, and under its shingles the original wood decking had reached the end of its structural life. Scope of Work

The crew stripped every layer of old shingles and evaluated the century-old plank sheathing — too dried and split to meet manufacturer fastening requirements or modern code.
