House and Gazebo Reroofed in Landmark PRO Pewterwood — A Narragansett, RI Roof Replacement with New PVC Trim

This Narragansett project came in two parts: the house, and the backyard gazebo that deserved better than a patch job. Pinnacle Roofing & Skylights reroofed both with the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System and Landmark PRO shingles in Pewterwood, and replaced the gazebo’s tired trim with clean white PVC that will never need paint.

Scope of Work

Both structures were stripped and rebuilt as complete systems: self-adhering waterproofing underlayment at eaves and valleys, water-resistant underlayment across the decks, starter shingles, Landmark PRO field shingles, and matching hip and ridge caps. On the gazebo, the crew also removed the old wood trim and fabricated new white PVC trim — a maintenance-free finish that frames the structure crisply against the yard.
