Scope of Work

Emergency dry-in came first — tarps over the stripped sections so the claim process couldn’t cost the homeowner a ceiling. Once the insurer approved full replacement, the crew tore off the remaining roof and built the system: ice and water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge and starter course, Landmark PRO field shingles, and matching ridge caps.

After wind damage, the spec upgrade is the point: more mass and a stronger sealed bond line where the old roof failed.
