A home on King Street in Johnston needed more than a patch. Scope of Work

The crew removed the old shingles down to the deck, checked the sheathing over the house, garage, and dormer, and replaced any boards that had softened. We then rebuilt the roof properly: ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the field, drip edge and starter strips at every edge, and new step- and counter-flashing woven in where the chimney meets the roof.
