This colonial on Mallard Road South in South Kingstown was ready for a full exterior transformation, and the homeowner wanted both the walls and the roof handled as one coordinated project. Scope of Work

Our crew stripped the old siding down to the sheathing, checked for soft spots, and wrapped the walls in a continuous weather barrier before hanging the new Everlast composite panels and finishing the corners, windows, and rakes with crisp white PVC trim. On the roof side we tore off to the deck, laid ice-and-water shield along the eaves and valleys, rolled out synthetic underlayment, and installed the Owens Corning Duration shingles with new drip edge, starter strips, and ridge cap.
