The Quaker Valley Mall on Quaker Lane in West Warwick is a large commercial building whose low-slope roof was aging and leaking around its many rooftop units. Rather than face the cost and business disruption of a full tear-off, the property chose a silicone roof restoration, a fluid-applied, fully commercial roofing solution that renews the entire field in place and seals it under one seamless, reflective membrane.
Scope of Work
We began by cleaning the existing roof and inspecting the field, seams, and every rooftop penetration, because a restoration is only as good as the surface it bonds to. Open seams and problem areas were repaired and reinforced first, then flashing details around the HVAC curbs, drains, and edges were sealed by hand. With the substrate sound, we applied the silicone coating across the full field to build one continuous, monolithic membrane with no laps to fail. What We Installed (And Why)
Silicone restoration is purpose-built for large low-slope commercial roofs.
