Scope of Work
We approached this as a repair-driven restoration: assess the true condition, then correct it properly rather than buying time. The crew stripped the worn roof to the deck, replaced any softened sheathing, and paid close attention to the trouble spots — the brick chimney and the dormer transitions where leaks so often begin. What We Installed (And Why)
